About Coccoro Law PC

What sets us apart?

At Coccoro Law PC, we understand that no two families are the same. Regardless of the size of your estate, we want your estate plan to be structured uniquely for your family.

Trust and Estate Lawyer

We have the experience and the knowledge to help you plan properly for you and your loved ones’ future.

Our Personal Approach

We work hard to give you the individualized attention that you deserve when creating an estate plan. That’s why we take the time to listen to you to understand your objectives and to provide you with various options in structuring your estate plan, with a focus on creating flexibility for your family.

Unlike other firms, after your estate plan is created, we encourage you to check in every few years at no cost to you to ensure that you understand your plan, your objectives are still the same, and your assets are structured properly to avoid probate.

Our Educational Approach

Creating a plan that will take care of you while living and providing for the distribution of your assets at death can be complicated. Coccoro Law PC takes an educational approach to estate planning. We provide you with the information you need in easy-to-understand terms.

At any time during or after the estate planning process and for no additional cost, we invite you to bring in your family members to educate them about the various documents in your plan and how those documents will make it easier for them to act on your behalf and to carry out your wishes.
